Important: All tracking received after 7pm will NOT be picked up until the NEXT business day. All tracking information received during weekend hours will NOT be active until the next business day.

Shipping Details
Your prescription will be shipped on business days via AmeriShip, FedEx, or UPS.
Delivery Window:
Shipping companies operate between 7AM to 9PM for deliveries. You may receive text messages and images directly from the carrier showing package placement.
Refrigerated Packages:
If you have a refrigerated package coming, please leave a cooler outside by the door with a note for the driver.
Tracking Activation:
Tracking numbers become active at 9PM on weekdays once the package reaches the shipper's warehouse.
Note: Some areas are serviceable for Saturday delivery, while others receive weekday-only service.
